Savory Herb Rice with Oakleigh Garden (Herbes de Provence)

  • 1 cup white rice ( basmati, jasmine or par-boiled rice)

  • 2 cups chicken stock

  • 1 ½ teaspoons Oakleigh Garden (herbes de Provence)

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 pinch pepper

  • 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter


  • In a medium saucepan stir together rice, chicken stock, herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Set over high heat, and bring to a simmer; cover, and cook for 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
