Weeks Bay is a mixture of dried herbs and spices that has a wonderful and bright blend of turmeric, coriander, ginger, cumin, and garlic. Great to flavor chicken, beef, shrimp, fish and pork rub or even to use a blackening seasoning.

The bags that we at Play House Spices use for the seasoning blends are reseable in food safe approved packaging. Please use a spoon to get the spices out and do not sprinkle over cooking items since it allows the moisture into spices and causes clumpping. We never use any anti-caking/clumping agents, flavor enhancers, perseriavties or monosodium glutamate in our seasoning blends.
