Grilled Yellow Squash

3-5 Yellow Squash - washed and dried
3 Tablespoons Avacado Oil
2 Garlic Toes - peeled and minced
1 Tablespoon Play House Spices, Dauphin Island
1/2 Teaspoon Seamsee Seeds
2 Teaspoons Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons Cilantro Minced
Take the Squash cut in half about a 3/4 of an inch in thickness. Take the slab of squash and use the tip of the knife to cut a criss-cross pattern approximately 1/8 of an inch in-depth on each side of the slab of squash.
Mix all (save half of the cilantro for garnish) the other ingredients together in the bowl and stir until it well blended. Dredge each side of the squash slab until thoroughly coated. Place on a sheet pan and cover and let sit for 30 minutes before placing on the grill
Grill on a medium-high grill for about 6-8 per side depending on thickness and heat of the grill before finishing. Plate and garnish with remaining cilantro.
