Crab Fried Rice

1 stick of unsalted butter

1 medium onion, diced

1 medium bell pepper, diced

1 pound claw crabmeat, picked over to remove shells

2 cups cooked white rice

1 1/2 teaspoon Morton's Natures Seasoning

1 teaspoon Play House Spices, Ono Island Seasoning

1 pound small to medium shrimp, peel



Cutting Board

Two Skillets

Rubber Spatula or Spoon

Measuring spoons and cups

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté until tender. Add the crabmeat, rice, Natures Seasoning and mix well. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, toss shrimp in with Ono Island Seasoning and sauté in a little butter or olive oil until done.

Add shrimp to rice, toss and serve.
